What to include in a correction request
Send the address of the page, the line or figure you think is wrong and, if you can, a link to the operator's terms page that shows the current value. A screenshot of the cashier or the bonus terms helps when the operator has changed its site. Each report is compared with the operator's own terms before the page is edited.
What we cannot do
We are a guide, not an operator. We cannot reverse a bet, release a withdrawal or reopen a closed account. If a bookmaker licensed in South Africa will not settle a dispute, the provincial gambling board that issued its licence is the body that handles complaints; for offshore sites there is no local body to appeal to, which is one reason we say so on every review.
Questions about a bonus or a payment
If an offer on a review page does not match what the operator shows you, send the operator's name, the page you were on and the amount you saw. The figure on our page is compared with the terms the operator publishes, and the page is corrected when the terms have changed. For a payment that was declined or held, start with your bank and the operator's support, because only they can see the transaction.
Partnerships
Operator and brand enquiries go to the same address. A commercial relationship decides whether a link is marked as sponsored; it does not decide what a review says, and a figure with no source is left off the page whoever asks for it.
